Order Processing

Order processing times may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Shipping Charges

Delivery Locations
Dokkani currently ships to World Wide. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted areas. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Incorrect address details may result in delayed or failed delivery.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
Dokkani is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once the order has been dispatched. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt with relevant order details and supporting evidence. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue where possible.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us. Any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.
International Shipping
For international orders, delivery times may vary significantly. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their local authorities. Dokkani is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
