Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Dokkani through our website at https://dokkani.com/. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return only if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 7  days of delivery. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to sale or discounted items, customized or personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, some product categories may also be excluded.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at hrh.qroup@gmail.com with their order number, product details, and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and arranging return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item sent by us.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, contact us first for approval. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.
