This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Dokkani<\/strong> through our website at https:\/\/dokkani.com\/<\/a>. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.<\/p>\n

Eligibility for Returns<\/h2>\n

Products may be eligible for return only if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 7\u00a0 days<\/strong> of delivery. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.<\/p>\n

Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to sale or discounted items, customized or personalized products, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, some product categories may also be excluded.<\/p>\n
